Facility Fee

The surgery center’s facility fee includes charges for operating room and recovery room services, and all other materials and supplies provided by the center. Charges for anesthesia, your surgeon, and any lab or pathology expenses are separate from the facility fee and will be mailed to you by the different providers.

Prior to you surgery date, you will be notified of your estimated insurance coverage and amount of patient’s estimated fees due. Insurance plans are individualized, therefore we suggest that you contact your insurance company if you have a specific question regarding your coverage. Any amounts not covered by your insurance, such as deductibles or co-insurance will be collected prior to or on date of service. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card with credit approval. We also accept cash, cashier’s checks and money orders on date of surgery. Personal checks are only accepted 7 days prior to date of surgery.

After surgery, we will bill your insurance for you. If the facility costs are more than anticipated, you will be billed for the difference. The facility bill will not include the services of your surgeon, anesthesiologist or any lab fees.

It is your right as a patient to request information or have questions answered regarding fee or payment policies. We will be happy to help you between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Cosmetic Surgery

Fees for cosmetic procedures will be collected prior to surgery. Cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card will be accepted prior to or on the day of surgery.
